The story of this chapter will follow Jed as he investigates and writes up a report on a victim of the woods, exploring his thoughts over the woods in his mind as narration while he takes audio notes for his report telling a diff erent story. He tells of the monsters in the woods and the horrible deaths that befall anyone who enters the woods as he takes notes on the damage done to the corpse in front of him, ending with a small argument as Jed asks when they’ll stop lying to people.
